She put on her little booties when she came in so she wouldn't hurt my carpet. She was very polite and pleasant and really did a fine job. I strongly recommend this technician to anybody who wants good service. I also recommend Newtown Termite & Pest Control, as I've had a very good 2-year relationship with them on a service contract and they're always right on time and they do what they say. Strong recommend!
