We Are Happy With the Service We Get
We hired Newtown Pest Control after seeing 1 mouse, and it is the only mouse we have seen since (knock on wood). A tech came out to our home quickly and placed traps inside and out, and techs have been back out to check on us whenever we called.
Recently, we had some concerns about the traps, and Dan came out to inspect. The traps kept getting displaced, moved about the basement, and bait was missing. He went above and beyond to patch holes for us—and, while here—encountered 2 squirrels in our basement, thus explaining what was going on with the mouse traps! He reassured us that he'd help us get rid of the squirrels, stayed onsite until 1 was caught, and helped us secure the house so the other could not make it upstairs. Dan was patient and caring and very attentive to his work! We are grateful for him! The second squirrel was also caught, and another tech came back the next day to remove it from our basement.

After TAP was installed, the cap for the attic was only just received from the manufacturer, and Mike came over to place the cover on 12/6. While he was at the house, he checked the attic and reported there was no evidence of rodent activity, i.e., nothing in the traps, and the installed TAP appeared level and there were no signs of disturbance of the blown-in TAP. The TAP insulation seems to be working (YAY!!), with respect to energy and as a rodent deterrent. Thank you, Mike, Andrew, and Newtown Termite & Pest Control. I give them a 5+.
