I contacted Newtown Termite and Pest Control regarding a persistent ant problem we were having in our kitchen. They were extremely responsive even though it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. My dealings with Nicole in the office and Shane, the Sales Representative who came out to investigate the issue that same day, were excellent. He recommended the best approach to eradicate the ants and explained how the work would be performed. The two technicians who performed the treatment work, Tim and Doug, were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained what they would be doing, and the treatment work was completed quickly and cleanly. I would highly recommend Newtown Termite and Pest Control to anyone who needs a professional company for pest control services.
