NPC has a few different divisions, and each team came out and worked efficiently and kept us informed as they treated the nest, set up traps for rodents, sealed any areas that needed to be around our home, and removed and replaced the insulation. After TAP was installed, the cap for the attic was only just received from the manufacturer, and Mike came over to place the cover on 12/6. While he was at the house, he checked the attic and reported there was no evidence of rodent activity, i.e., nothing in the traps, and the installed TAP appeared level and there were no signs of disturbance of the blown-in TAP. The TAP insulation seems to be working (YAY!!), with respect to energy and as a rodent deterrent. Thank you, Mike, Andrew, and Newtown Termite & Pest Control. I give them a 5+.

I contacted Newtown Termite and Pest Control regarding a persistent ant problem we were having in our kitchen. They were extremely responsive even though it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. My dealings with Nicole in the office and Shane, the Sales Representative who came out to investigate the issue that same day, were excellent. He recommended the best approach to eradicate the ants and explained how the work would be performed. The two technicians who performed the treatment work, Tim and Doug, were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained what they would be doing, and the treatment work was completed quickly and cleanly.
