Shane performed a free home inspection and Danny set traps all within hours of my initial call. Danny came back the next day to remove 4 mice and reset traps. He even removed tons of spider webs in the basement, without me asking. And every follow-up since (performed by Danny, T. Miller, and Kevin) has been great. They each showed professionalism, friendliness, and had the patience to answer any questions we had. Kevin even helped me bring my garbage can up the driveway when he saw me trying to roll two at the same time. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. The ants were so bad that they went into my houseplants. Newtown was out within a day to assess, and then within a week an entire crew came out and did their thing. They sucked out all of the gross insulation, sanitized the attic, and replaced it with more efficient insulation. They put grates around my house to prevent any further intrusions and got rid of our ants. That was 3 years ago, and we still use them. We’ve had numerous guys come out to spray and check traps… every single one has been friendly, respectful, and make sure we’re happy before leaving. They also take our 6 pets into consideration before treatments and reassure us that it’s not harmful to them. We highly recommend Newtown.
