We had a problem no one wants to talk about: bed bugs. Still not sure how they got in. What was a real nightmare was taken care of by Newtown Termite & Pest Control. Tim was the main technician to handle the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel confident he would end our nightmare. He did. After 3 treatments our home was home again. Very fair pricing compared to the insane pricing I saw online from larger companies. Signed up for a year of service, which is basically also insurance in case some other invasion of bugs occurs. Very happy.

They are professional, competent, excellent, and caring. We had TAP insulation installed after diligent remediation in our attic earlier this year. After TAP was installed, the cap for the attic was only just received from the manufacturer, and Mike came over to place the cover on 12/6. While he was at the house, he checked the attic and reported there was no evidence of rodent activity, i.e., nothing in the traps, and the installed TAP appeared level and there were no signs of disturbance of the blown-in TAP. The TAP insulation seems to be working (YAY!!), with respect to energy and as a rodent deterrent. Thank you, Mike, Andrew, and Newtown Termite & Pest Control. I give them a 5+.
